BARBIE-NELLA Return/Refund Policy

BarbieNella Cosmetics will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be accepted for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. 

BarbieNella Cosmetics will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling charges.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives at our warehouse safely.

Please allow approximately 2-7 business days to receive your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse (if you chose the regular UPS Ground option). If you purchased UPS 2 Day priority shipping your order will take approximately 2-3 working days to arrive once it has been dispatched.

Also please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be process.
